Funny how life works. Even funnier is when you only realise and appreciate what you've got only when its far out of reach. And then it hits you in the head and leaves you with only answered questions.
Trying to make things rite is exhausting. And at times you just wanna move on. But you just can't. I can vouch for that. But its the right thing to do isn't it? Only, instead of making things go the way you ideally want it to go, the road just gets rockier with more potholes and the ground you dug is already so deep you could seperate the Earth itself.
So what can you do? Just leave it as it is and let the gnawing feeling inside of you kill you from the inside out? Or try to make it right, risking to mess things up even further?


Funny how life works. The one who complains too much, seems to just want to be somebody completely different, seems to be everything that you would never want to sink as low as, gets the very thing that you want. And it seems like just yesterday the two of you were sharing the same sentiments. The injustice. Wasn't it you who thought it up? Wasn't it? Wasn't it? And to be cast aside as though you were just a catalyst, aggravates you. But it's pointless. What can you do? The walls you put up and in fact, just the way you are. You're almost like glass beside a glowing diamond. Are you just gonna sit down and let this infest your mind? Sinking you lower in your self pity? When are you gonna shine through? To shimmer and sparkle and shine. Maybe it's a sign that something better will eventually come your way. Settling for second best is not what you want. Being second best is not your idea of compromise. But, time is of the essence. It can't be turned back. But, keep your chin up. There are much better things to come. Hopefully.
