LOTR really really really didn't catch my eye till yesterday that is.
Hehe.
Since yesterday Channel 5 was airing Lord of the Rings; The Fellowship of The Ring I told myself to sit down, watch the show and see what's so nice about it. Thus, armed with a slice of delicious durian cake and half a candy cane I morphed into the couch potato that I can be.
And yes, its really a great show. Hehe!
Yay Hobbits!!
Yeah yeah its a lil too late for me to say that innit? Coz it was screened what? In 2001? 2002? Better late than never right? Now, I can't wait for 7.30pm to come around. But according to Nad, today's gonna be a loOoOong day...
Anyhoos, I fell in love with Pippin right away coz he's a lil, okay, very flaky. Hehe! But yeah he's cute. So in love was I with him that I actually got myself a Pippin wallpaper. Hehe! Coolness.
Cute ain't he? Hehe! Just love his cheeky stupid grin.
And then there's the super duper HOT Dominic Monaghan who plays Merry. Who's actally pretty plum in LOTR. But he really looks like this:
Wow wow wow! Hahaha!
Now even non fans of the LOTR series knows who's Frodo right? I'm pretty much not a fan of his as I feel that despite his being brave enough to make the decision to go to Mordor to erm, dispose of the ring, Sam's really the pillar of support. At times, Frodo just gets so weak you know. And then, Sam's all like "Mister Frodo! Blah blah blah (whatever his line is)..." and goes off trying to save him. Isn't he like, constantly looking after Frodo (now that's a good frend)? Ah well, all in the thrills and spills of the show.
But you know what? Frodo's really very cute. He's got the erm, sweet and innocent kind of look. Babyface larh. It's so endearing. Well anyways, another thing that makes Frodo or rather Elijah Wood so lovable is the fact that he looks so totally gay. Hahaha!! He looks SO gay that its SO HOTT (YES! with TWO Ts)!! Sorry, I'm a lil demented. Please excuse me.

Okay, let me be nicer. :)) A not-so-gay photo.
I've also just realised how nice Elijah's eyes are. They draw excessive attention to Elijah's eyes. Not that I mind coz they're the bluest of blue. Hehe! And it's like, whenever he gets something really special, his eyes just light up. It becomes really big and shiny almost, twinkling and twinkling like nobody's business.
So, if LOTR were to become a Japanese anime of some sort Frodo would have like the big, big, shiny, shiny eyes. Like these:
